Apps & Billing
The Apps & Billing page lists the marketplace of available add-on modules, your active plan and seats, and downloadable invoices. Admins manage these per customer; end users only see what's been provisioned for them.
Plans
| Tier | Best for | Notable limits |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Small teams piloting a few flows. | 5 connectors, 100k transactions/mo, 7-day run retention. |
| Growth | Production commerce + ERP. | 25 connectors, 2M transactions/mo, 30-day retention, SLO alerts. |
| Scale | Multi-brand, multi-region. | Unlimited connectors, 25M transactions/mo, 90-day retention, SSO. |
| Enterprise | Regulated industries. | Custom limits, dedicated infra, 13-month retention, SAML SSO, SCIM. |
Marketplace apps
Apps are add-on modules that extend Flows with extra entities, dashboards, or destinations:
- Reverse ETL — push canonical data into your warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Tax — Avalara & TaxJar integrations layered on canonical orders.
- Fraud signals — Sift & Forter enrichment on canonical customers.
- Custom entity packs — vertical-specific schemas (retail, B2B SaaS, hospitality).
Toggle apps on a per-customer basis. Some require additional credentials; enabling an app prompts for them inline.
Invoices
Monthly invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for the prior month's consumption. Download PDFs from the Invoices panel; the line items map directly to the meters on the Usage page. Disputed lines have a 30-day window — open a support ticket with the invoice number.
Seats & SSO
Seats are counted as distinct active users in the prior 30 days. SSO and SCIM provisioning are included on Scale and Enterprise; standalone email/password auth is unlimited-seat on all tiers.
Changing plans
Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle to avoid mid-month limit changes. Contact your account team — there's no self-serve change for plan tiers (yet).
